摘要
本文提出了一种石膏板定长剪切伺服控制系统,该控制系统实现了石膏板湿板的定长剪切,具有较好的静态和动态特性。系统投入运行后,剪切绝对精度达到3000mm±2mm,相对精度达到0.67‰,运行的结果证实了方案的有效性。
A constant length cut servo control system in gypsum board production line is introduced in this paper,the constant length cut of wet gypsum board is implemented,and the system has good static and dynamic characteristics.When the system put into use, the absolute accuracy of the system is 3000mm±2mm,and the relative accuracy of the system is 0.67‰.The theory of the system is proved by the results of the system operation.
