摘要
本文系统介绍了美国Allen-Bradley公司的PLC-5/20可编程控制器及Bulletin1391交流伺服系统在板材剪切控制系统中的应用,系统控制算法的设计及调试应用中的一些问题。本系统在北新集团建材股份有限公司石膏板厂得到实际应用,在降低故障率,提高剪切精度和产品质量上效果显著。该系统全部采用软件控制,通过DH+网与上位机通讯,提高了其灵活性。
The article herein introduces the application of PLC - 5/20 and Bulletin 1391 AC Servo system in Allen - Bradley company of American in Control System of board cutting,as well as the control arithmetic designing and related problems. The system has been used in Gypsum Board Plant of Beijing New Building Materials Public Limited Company. And it has more advantages in reducing labor cost and increasing products quality.
