摘要
主要介绍基于现场总线的分布式热连轧机组运行状态监测和故障诊断系统的硬件系统配置、软件系统功能及具体实现方法。通过CAN总线将分布在 1km轧制线上所有轧制力、带钢宽度和厚度、入口和出口温度等信号采集上来由 2台操作站进行信息综合处理、实验冗余操作 。
The hardware configuration and functions of software system as well as concrete implementation of distributed operational status supervisory and fault diagnostic system for continuous hot rolling mills are introduced. Through CAN bus, all the signals distributed along the 1km rolling production line, e. g., rolling force, width and thickness of the steel tape, inlet and outlet temperature are collected into two of operator workstations for comprehensive processing. The system offers redundant operation, equipment status analysis, and fault diagnosis and alarm handling.
