神经细胞有效性安全性评估

Efficacy and safety assessment of the nerve cells

摘要 中枢神经系统的损伤和神经退行性疾病的移植治疗需要重要的细胞来源。如今,细胞来源的研究主要集中于诱导多功能干细胞(i PSCs)技术和体细胞直接转分化技术。现已有多种方式实现了高效诱导神经元的转化和成熟,而且从安全性角度考虑,转化方式也正逐渐得到完善。根据现在的诱导神经元的研究进展,对其安全性和有效性进行评估。 Central nervous system injury and neurodegenerative disease needs important source of cell for transplantation treatment. Now, neuron generation research focuses on induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) technology and direct somatic cell reprogramming. At present, there are several ways to induce somatic cell into mature neurons efficiently. From a security point of view, the neuronal generation approach needs to he improved. According to the current research progress of induced neurons, its safety and efficacy were evaluated.
