摘要
为了获得磨辊轴的应力云图和变形位移,结合材料力学和有限元分析的方法对磨辊轴进行分析。通过受力分析计算磨辊轴的外载荷,并采用有限元软件对其进行有限元分析,校核计算磨辊轴的强度及变形,并提出了优化设计建议。该方法为磨辊轴的设计、优化提供了依据。
In order to obtain the stress nephogram, deformation displacement of the roller shaft, the roller shaft was analyzed respectively based on the method of mechanics of materials and finite element analysis. The external load of the roller shaft was calculated through mechanical analysis, and then the finite clement analysis of the roller shaft was carried out by using finite element software. The strength and deformation of the roller shaft was checked. The suggestions on optimizing the design of the roller shaft were put forward finally. The method provides the basis for the design and optimization of the roller shaft.
