摘要
文章以我国大中型矿渣立式磨为研究对象,建立摇臂结构的力学模型,通过力学分析得到其所受载荷,应用CATIA软件进行三维建模与有限元分析,校核计算了摇臂的强度极限,并提出优化设计建议。该研究对同类型构件的设计和改造具有参考作用。
In this article, the mechanical model for structure of rocker arm is established by taking the large and medi- um size vertical mill for slags in China as the research object as well as its load is obtained with tile mechanical analysis. Moreover, the ultimate strength of rocker arm is checked and calculated with the three - dimensional modeling and finite ele- ment analysis with the CATIA software as well as the suggestions on optimizing the design are put forward,which could be as the references for designing and transforming the components of the same type.
