摘要
目的：分析老年胃肠手术患者应用围手术期护理对于术后感染的预防效果。方法随机选择2015年4月-2016年5月在本院接受治疗的老年胃肠手术患者70例参与研究，随机分成两组，每组35例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施围手术期护理，比较效果。结果观察组术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间均短于对照组，观察组感染率5.71%，低于对照组22.86%。结论围手术期护理用于老年胃肠手术患者中能够有效预防术后感染。
Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing on postoperative infection in elderly patients with gastrointestinal surgery.Methods Randomly selected from April 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 70 cases of elderly patients with gastrointestinal surgery, randomly divided into 2 groups,to give different care,compare the effect of the groups.Results The first exhaust time,first defecation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than the control group,the infection rate of the observation group was 5.71%,lower than that of the control group 22.86%.ConclusionPerioperative nursing care for patients with gastrointestinal surgery in the elderly can effectively prevent postoperative infection.
