摘要
目的探讨老年胃肠手术患者在围手术期实施优质护理对其术后感染的预防效果。方法选取老年胃肠手术患者200例,随机分为两组。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施优质护理。对两组患者术后各部位感染率、治疗时间进行统计,并于患者出院前请患者或家属对护理满意度进行评价。结果观察组患者尿路感染、肺部感染、切口感染以及腹腔脓肿发生率均明显少于对照组,观察组患者首次排气时间、首次排便时间以及住院时间均明显短于对照组,观察组患者及家属对护理感到非常满意和满意者均明显多于对照组。上述比较两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年胃肠手术患者于围手术期实施优质护理,有利于减少术后感染,加速术后康复,并改善护患关系,是一种值得推荐的临床护理模式。
Objective To observe the effect of perioperative high-quality care preventing postoperative infection for elderly patients with gastrointestinal surgery. Methods Two hundreds of elderly patients with gastrointestinal surgery were selected and divided into two groups randomly. The control group received conventional care, and the observation group received high-quality care. The infection rate of each part and treatment time of two groups were observed, and the satisfaction degree of patients on care of two groups was evaluated before discharge. Results The incidence rate of uri- nary tract infection, pulmonary infection, incision infection and abdominal abscess of the observation group were evidently less than that of the control group. The first exhaust time, defecating time and length of stay of the observation group were evidently shorter than that of the control group. The satisfaction degree of patients and family members on care in the observation group was evidently more than that in the control group. The above difference between two groups was statistical significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implementing perioperative high-quality care on elderly patients with gastrointestinal surgery helps reduce postoperative infection, enhance recovery after surgery and improve nurse-patient relationship, which is worthy of promotion and application.
