摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除手术中喉罩通气全身麻醉的临床效果。方法将2015年1月-2016年1月在我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的38例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组19例，观察组行喉罩通气全身麻醉，对照组行气管插管全身麻醉，比较两组的麻醉效果。结果两组患者麻醉效果比较，观察组术后拔管时间、睁眼时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除手术中对患者应用喉罩通气全身麻醉能够取得显著效果，无严重不良反应。
ObjectiveTo investigate laparoscopic cholecystectomy. （it has this problem） this is a problem posing problems,and writers have not clinical effect of laryngeal mask airway in general anesthesia in the relationship.Methods From January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 38 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,19 cases in each group,the observation group underwent general anesthesia,the control group underwent endotracheal intubation anesthesia. The anesthesia effect was compared between the two groups.ResultsTwo groups of patients with anesthesia effect comparison,time to eye opening,extubation time was shorter than the control group patients in the observation group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe application of laryngeal mask airway ventilation in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can achieve significant effect,no serious adverse reactions.
