骨水泥椎体成形术与后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折比较 被引量:5

Comparison of bone cementoplasty and percutaneous kyphoplasty in therapy of osteoporotic verte- bral compression fractures

摘要 目的对比骨水泥椎体成形术与后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果。方法选择2012年3月至2015年1月66例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者作为研究对象,根据手术方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组33例,观察组采用骨水泥椎体成形术,对照组采用后凸成形术,对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后疼痛评分变化情况及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.94%,对照组为90.91%,两组比较差异未见统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗前后两组患者VAS评分对比差异未见统计学意义(P〉0.05);经治疗,观察组及对照组VAS评分均明显降低,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为3.03%,对照组为27.27%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论采用骨水泥椎体成形术及后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折均可取得显著效果,但骨水泥椎体成形术不良反应发生率较低,具有一定的安全性,值得推广运用。 ObjectiveTo compare the effects of bone cementoplasty and percutaneous kyphoplasty on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.MethodsSixty-six patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures from March 2012 to January 2015 were selected as research subjects. The 66 patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 33 cases in each group. The observation group were given bone cementoplasty, and the control group were treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty. Before and after treatment, the pain score changes and adverse reaction incidence rate were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%, and that of the control group was 90.91%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P〉0.05). There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment (P〉0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the differences were significant (P〈0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.03%, and that of the control group was 27.27%, the difference was significant (P〈 0.05).ConclusionsUsing bone cementoplasty and percutaneous kyphoplasty for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures can achieve remarkable results, but the bone cementoplasty has low incidence of adverse reactions, has certain safety, it is worthy of promotion.
