摘要
以乙醇为提取剂,采用微波辅助索氏提取法提取了青蒿中的有效成分,通过紫外分光光度-稀释透过率法测定了不同样品的紫外吸收率。采用DPPH法测定了这4种植物提取液对自由基的清除作用,研究了青蒿提取液的抗氧化能力。另外,还将青蒿提取物用石油醚、三氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯逐次液液萃取分离,并利用酶标仪进行了扫描检测。
With ethanol as extracting agent, effective components of artemisinin are extracted with microwave assisted soxhlet extraction method. By means of ultraviolet spectrophotometric-dilution, the absorption rate of the samples are measured. With DPPH method, the scavenging effect of four kinds of plant extracts on the free radicals are tested to study the antioxidant capacity of the artemisinin. Artemisinin is successive liquid-liquid separated with petroleum ether, chloroform and ethyl acetate and then scanned with enzyme standard instrument.
