摘要
改革提取工艺（略去活性炭吸附），从生药槐米和黄芩中提取芦丁和黄芩苷，制成芦丁─黄芩苷防晒霜，进行了紫外吸光度测定及护肤实验。结果表明该霜性能稳定，具有很强的紫外光吸收性，在320～400nm范围尤其显著，至少能抵抗40个生物剂量的紫外光照射。
Rutin and baicalei-7-glucuromide were extracted from Flos Sophoral and Radix Scutellariae respectively with reformed extractive procedure without adsorption by active charcoal. The protective cream for sunburn was prepared with them and the tests for absorbing UV light and protecting skin had done. The results showed that the cream was stable, absorbed UV light strongly among 320~400 um especially, and protected from UV light of 40 biological dose at least.
