摘要
以起重机事故松闸装置中的正切机构为研究对象,首先进行运动分析,求出各构件的加速度,进而得出各构件的惯性力;在已知构件的运动状态和工作阻力的情况下,求解平衡力矩和各运动副中的反力,以及各构件随主动件转动时的变化规律,并使用MATLAB软件独有的矩阵运算功能,应用解析法进行了计算和分析研究。
In order to analyze the tangent mechanism in brake loosing device of crane during accident,the kinematic analysis is done firstly.Then by calculating the acceleration of each component,their inertial forces are known.Under the condition of knowing their motion states and working resistance,it is possible to work out the balance torque and the reaction force of each pair,as well as their variation when the driving part moves.And then the relevant calculation and analysis is conducted by use of the unique matrix operation function of MATLAB.
