摘要
为了研究在变工作阻力条件下工作的六杆机构的受力情况,利用simmechanics建立了动力学仿真模型进行仿真,得到了加在原动件上的平衡力矩及各运动副中的约束反力.与其他方法比较,该方法无需建立动力学的数学模型和编程,具有系统建模简便、仿真功能强大等特点,是一个对机构进行动力学仿真的较好工具.
In order to research the dynamic condition of a six-bar mechanism which works under the changeable working resistance, a simulation model of dynamic analysis based on simmechanies is established. The simulation is carried out, then the equilibrant moment applied on the driving link and reactions of all kinematic pairs are acquired. Compared with other methods, this method doesn' t need designer to create dynamic mathematical model and write program, has the feature of modeling with a simple method, powerful simulation function and so on. So it is an efficient tool in mechanism dynamic simulation.
