老年人使用购物网站行为特征及界面可用性需求分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的调查老年人使用购物网站的行为特征和界面可用性需求,为购物网站界面设计及可用性评价提供参考。方法采用质性研究范式,在自然情境下通过观察法和访谈法收集老年人购物网站使用情况及界面操作体验方面的资料,将调研资料转录为文本数据,并运用内容分析法对数据进行编码、归类和主题识别。结果提取老年人使用购物网站的8种典型行为特征和6个方面界面可用性需求。结论提出针对老年人的购物网站界面设计优化方案,可用于老年人的购物网站界面可用性评价。
