摘要
采用BT-LYR注意能力测试软件(1.0版)对我国54名蹦床运动员的注意进行测试,分析注意的影响因素。结论:1)高水平蹦床运动员的注意集中稳定和注意转移水平较高是由于蹦床项目的特点和需求所致,即蹦床项目对运动员的注意集中稳定和注意转移提出了更高的要求。2)训练年限与年龄可能共同成为注意集中稳定和注意转移水平提高的因素。3)蹦床运动员注意分配并没有随训练年限的增加和年龄的增长而提高,反而降低;注意广度与运动水平、专项训练年限、年龄、性别均无显著性差异;男女性别在注意各维度均无显著性差异。4)系统和有针对性的专项训练可以显著地提高蹦床运动员注意集中稳定和注意转移水平,建议在平时加强运动员的注意训练。5)注意集中稳定和注意转移可以作为蹦床运动员选材的心理指标。
With the help of BT - LYR Attentional Ability Testing （ 1.0 edition ）, the author tested the attentional ability of 54 trampoline players. Results showed that there was no significant difference between male and female in attentional span, distribution, shift and concentration. With growing of athlete, the movement age increasing, there wasn＇t significant relevance with attentional span, but the attentional shift and concentration gradually enhanced and attention concentration ability obviously reduces. Trampoline athletes attentional blity to the quality requirements more focused on attentional shift and attentional concentration.
