摘要
钛及钛合金具有高比强度、无磁、耐腐蚀等一系列优点,是一种优异的海洋材料。本文概述钛及钛合金的性能特点,梳理美国、俄罗斯等国家在深潜器和舰船上应用钛合金的情况,研究钛合金在国外舰船上应用的关键技术,包括焊接工艺、电偶腐蚀和生物防污等,最后总结钛及钛合金在国外舰船上的应用情况。
Titanium and titanium alloys have a lot of advantages, such as high specific strength, non-magnetic and high corrosion resistance. They are excellent light-weight structural materials. In this paper, the properties of titanium and titanium alloys are summarized; the applications on bathyscaph and vessels of foreign countries such as the United States and Russia,are reviewed. Moreover, technologies relevant to the use of titanium, including welding technology, galvanic corrosion and antifouling solution, are discussed in detail. Finally, a summary on the application of titanium and titanium alloys on foreign vessels are made.
