摘要
目的：建立胃蛋白酶合剂中羟苯乙酯含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法：采用色谱柱为Accurasil C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；以乙腈-水（50：50）为流动相，流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长为256nm。结果：羟苯乙酯在2．0～20μg／mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999，n=5），平均回收率为98．45％，RSD为0.31％（n=9）。结论：所建立的方法简便、专属性强、重现性好，可有效控制蛋白酶合刑的质量。
Objective： To establish HPLC method for content determination of ethylparaben in pepsin mixture. Methods： Accurasil C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm）was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （50：50） with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wave length was set at 256 nm. Results： The linear range of ethylparaben was 2.0-20 μg/mL （1=0.999 8） and the average recovery was 98.45% with RSD of 0.31% （n=9）. Conclusion： The method is convenient, selective and reproducible for determination of ethylparaben in Pepsin mixture.
