高密度聚乙烯淤浆处理系统堵塞原因的分析 被引量:8

摘要 对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)装置中旋液分离器和淤浆加热器的堵塞原因进行了分析,并针对堵塞原因提出了处理措施。分析结果表明,旋液分离器堵塞的原因包括:底部浓度较高、产品黏度较大、生产负荷低及浆料组分等。优化措施包括:适当降低顶部回流量、适当增加入口的冲洗流量、适当增大底部出料阀的开度、保证内壁光滑度、保证反应器压力和温度的稳定控制。淤浆加热器堵塞原因包括:低聚物含量高、产品支链化度高、反应器局部温度过高、静电效应、浆料中块料及反应器内壁不光滑等。优化措施包括:提高相应的异丁烷冲洗量、优化反应器的参数控制、优化牌号切换方案、控制合适的催化剂及抗静电剂的加入量等。 The causes of the blockage of both hydrocyclone separator and slurry heater in a high density polyethylene(HDPE) plant were analyzed and some measures for solving the problems were proposed. The causes of the hydrocyclone separator blockage included:the high concentration of materials at the bottom of the hydrocyclone separator,high product viscosity,low production load and the slurry composition. The modification measures included:reducing the top back flow, increasing the inlet flush flow,suitably increasing the opening of the discharge valve at the bottom, keeping the smoothness of the inner surface,and controlling the reactor pressure and temperature stably. The causes of the slurry heater blockage included:high oligomer content,high degree of branching of the products,high local temperature of the reactor,electrostatic effect,lump materials in the slurry and the unsmooth inner wall of the reactor. The corresponding optimization measures included:increasing the isobutane flush flow,optimizing the operating parameters of the reactor, optimizing the brand switching scheme,and adding appropriate amounts of catalyst and antistatic agent.
