摘要 通过分析高密度聚乙烯装置淤浆处理系统发生的几起典型的堵塞事故案例,得到旋液分离器发生堵塞时的现象包括:旋液分离器顶部淤浆密度升高,淤浆泵电流、转速及出口温度升高,反应器所需异丁烷及淤浆加热器所需蒸汽增加。通过分析堵塞原因,并结合淤浆处理系统的工作原理,对旋液分离器操作条件,反应器操作条件,特殊操作及冲洗量等方面进行了工艺优化。优化后,淤浆处理系统能实现长周期平稳运行。 The blockage in hydrocyclone were summarized in this paper by several typical accidents in slurry treatment system of high density polyethylene(HDPE) plant,which conclude:the slurry density at the top of hydrocyclone,the current,speed and outlet temperature of slurry pump were increased. The flow of isobutane required by the reactor and the steam required by slurry heater increased. This paper provides insight into the causes of blockage together with the working principle of slurry system and offers optimization for the operating conditions of hydrocyclone and reactor as well as special operation and isobutane flush flow. The slurry system has realized long period operation after optimization.
