摘要
文章主要针对两次吸附塔反冲洗开工后,顶封头纯度持续降低原因进行分析,通过对比两次开工后及近两年生产工况的变化,查明14格栅压差持续增长是造成顶封头纯度持续降低的根本原因,提出了调整封头冲洗量来保证封头纯度稳定的解决办法。
The paper analyzed the causes of the purity decreasing of adsorption tower head after backflushs nearly two times.By comparing the production condition change between this two backflushs,we find the increasing of 14thtray pressure drop is the reason that causing purity decreasing of adsorption tower head.The countermeasures for stabilizing the purity is to adjust the head flush.
