摘要
目的探讨授权管理模式对提高急诊ICU护理质量与护理人员职业认同感的影响.方法2014 年7-12月期间我院在急诊ICU病房实施护理风险授权管理模式,将科室内26名护理人员分为6个风险管理小组,由各小组分别完成 ICU病房内的护理风险控制.观察授权管理后的护理质量、患者满意度、及护理人员职业认同感,并与实施前的 2014 年1-6月进行比较.结果护理质量:授权管理后,基础护理、ICU专科护理、技能操作、消毒管理及护理文书书写质量均明显高于授权管理前(t=2.325~5.175,P〈0.05);患者满意度:授权管理后,患者满意度96.36%明显高于实施前83.64%(X2=4.949,P〈0.05);职业认同感:授权管理后,护理人员职业认同、职业目标、职业态度、职业价值观、职业自我概念及总分均明显高于管理前(t=4.858~9.713,P〈0.05).结论授权管理模式能提升护理服务质量,提高患者满意度,增强护理人员的职业认同感.
