摘要
目的探讨护理风险授权管理对急诊ICU护理质量的影响。方法将科室人员分为6个风险管理小组,对护理风险进行适当授权,对比授权后的护理工作质量。结果实行护理风险授权管理后的护理质量较授权管理前有明显提高,护理不良事件发生率降低。结论适度的护理风险授权管理能激发护理人员的潜力,提高管理效能,有效地降低护理风险,提高护理质量。
Objective To explore effects of nursing risk authorization management on nursing quality in emergency ICU. Methods Department personnel was divided into six risk management teams. The quality of care were compared before and after work authorization. Results After authorization, the nursing quality was improved, the incidence of nursing adverse events was reduced. Conclusion Appropriate nursing risk management can inspire the potential of the nursing personnel, improve the management efficiency, reduce the risks of nursing and improve nursing quality effectively.
