经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜治疗复杂肾结石的疗效观察被引量：3

摘要目的观察分析经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜治疗复杂肾结石.方法选取在我院 2014 年 5 月-2015 年8 月收治的复杂肾结石患者临床资料 52例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组均为26例.对照组应用经皮肾镜取石手术方法,观察组应用经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜取石手术方法.结果观察组的平均住院时间与平均手术时间均短于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组的结石清除率、并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜治疗复杂肾结石患者的临床效果较为显著. ObjectiveTo observe and analyze the treatment of complicated renal calculi by percutaneous renal endoscopy combined with ureteral soft mirror. MethodsThe clinical data of 52 patients with complex renal calculi admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to August in were selected as the research object. According to the order of admission, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 26 cases. In the control group, the method of percutaneous endoscopic stone removal was used, and the observation group was applied with the method of percutaneous renal endoscopy combined with ureteral soft mirror. results：The average hospitalization time of the observation group and the average operation time was shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）, the observation group the stone clearance rate, complication rate was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusionthe clinical effect of percutaneous renal endoscopy combined with ureteral soft mirror in the treatment of complicated renal calculi is more significant.
