摘要
目的探讨如何将临床护理路径应用于核磁共振增强检查,使其形成模式化并确保护理安全.方法将实施临床护理路径前后进行核磁共振增强检查的患者分别设为对照组和实验组.采用技术评价量表和患者满意度问卷调查,比较护士技术水平和患者满意度.结果实施临床护理路径管理模式后,患者检查准备不足现象减少,护理投诉与纠纷明显减少（P〈0.05）.患者对MRI增强检查过程中护士技术、健康教育、检查后处置、部门间协作的满意度提升明显（P〈0.05）.结论在核磁共振增强检查过程中应用临床护理路径管理模式提升了患者护理安全,切实可行并值得进一步研究推广.
ObjectiveTo explore how to apply the clinical nursing pathway in nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, so that it can form a pattern and ensure the safety of nursing. Methodsthe patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group before and after the implementation of the clinical nursing pathway. The technical evaluation scale and patient satisfaction questionnaire were used to compare the technical level of nurses and the satisfaction degree of patients. Resultsafter the implementation of clinical nursing path management mode, patients with inadequate examination preparation, nursing complaints and disputes were significantly reduced （P〈0.05）. Patients with MRI to enhance the process of nursing, health education, after the examination of the disposal, the Department of cooperation among the satisfaction of significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusionthe application of clinical nursing pathway management model in the process of nuclear magnetic resonance enhanced nursing safety, and it is feasible and worthy of further research and promotion.
