摘要
目的探讨对恶性肿瘤患者实施超声引导静脉输液港（VPA）植入术的应用效果。方法随机选取2014年9月~2016年3月在我院就医的恶性肿瘤患者100例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,将其分为观察A组和观察B组,对照A组和对照B组,各25例。观察A组患者实施超声引导颈内静脉VPA植入术,对照A组患者实施非超声引导颈内静脉VPA植入术;观察B组患者实施超声引导锁骨下静脉VPA植入术,对照B组患者实施非超声引导锁骨下静脉VPA植入术。观察四组患者手术成功率、手术时间、舒适度和并发症发生率。结果观察A组的手术成功率及舒适度明显优于观察B组、对照A组及对照B组（P〈0.05）,手术时间明显短于其余3组（P〈0.05）。结论 B超定位辅助下经颈内静脉全植入式输液港,在恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果良好,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of application of ultrasound-guided VPA（Venous Port Access） implantation in treatment of patients with malignant tumors.Methods 100 cases of malignant tumor patients who were treated in our hospital from September 2014 to March 2016 were randomly selected as the object of this research and divided into four groups（observation A group and observation B group,control A group and control B group） according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.Observation A group was treated with ultrasound-guided internal jugular VPA implantation;while,Control A group was treated with none-ultrasound-guided internal jugular VPA implantation.Observation B group underwent ultrasound-guided subclavian VPA implantation;while,Control B group underwent none-ultrasound-guided subclavian VPA implantation.The operation success rate,duration of surgery,comfort degree and complication rate of the four groups were observed.Results Operation successful rate and comfort degree of obserration A group were better than that of other three grorups（P〈0.05）,time of opereation was shorter than that of other three groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of ultrasound-assisted internal jugular VPA implantation achieves excellent effects in the treatment of patients with malignant tumors, which is worthy of wider application.
