摘要
目的评价植入式静脉输液港在保护高龄老年患者外周血管,减少反复穿刺带来的痛苦与危害时的作用。方法对2例植入式静脉输液港老年患者的护理进行总结。结果植入式静脉输液港应用减少了患者的痛苦,使用期间无并发症发生。结论植入式静脉输液港应用方便、安全,提高了老年患者生存质量,减少了护理工作量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of implantable venous port on peripheral vessel protection and pain alleviation in senile patients with repeated puncture. Methods Nursing for 2 senile patients with implantable venous port was summarized. Results Implantable venous port was able to alleviate the sufferings of patients, and no patient had complications. Conclusion Im- plantable venous port is easy and safe, which can improve the survival quality of patients and reduce the nursing workload.
