激光切削镍钛合金的计算机仿真及试验验证 被引量:2

Computer Simulation and Experimental Verification of Laser Cutting for Ni Ti Alloy

摘要 以医疗器械材料镍钛合金为研究对象,运用计算机仿真及试验验证的方法分析了不同激光参数对镍钛合金切削加工特性的影响。分析结果表明:仿真试样切口宽度与试验结果差异较小,证实了该模型的准确性;随着激光切削速度的增加,试样温度急剧下降,随着脉冲幅值增加,试样切口宽度逐渐增加;脉冲幅值、脉冲宽度对试样温度影响较小;随着切削速度、脉冲幅值的增加,试样残余应力随之降低。 NiTi alloy material used in medical device was taken as the research object, the influences of different laser parameters in NiTi alloy machining by the method of computer simulation analysis and experimental verification were analyzed. The results show that the difference of incision width between simulation sample and experimental results are small ,which confirmed the accuracy of the analysis model;with the increase of the laser cutting speed, the temperature of sample sharply drop;with the increase of the pulse amplitude, the incision width of sample gradually increase;the pulse amplitude ,pulse width have no influence on the temperature of sample; with the increase of the cutting speed, the pulse amplitude, sample residual stress are decreased.
