摘要
介绍了高锰钢的切削加工特性,并结合高锰钢ZGMn13的车削加工特点,提出通过热处理改变材料的硬度。同时推荐了高锰钢ZGMn13切削加工中合理的刀具材料、几何参数及切削用量,并且指出了钻削高锰钢ZGMn13时应注意的问题。
This paper introduced the cutting characteristics of high manganese steel, and proposed the method to change the hardness of high manganese steel ZGMn13 by heat treatment. The reasonable material and geometric parameters of cutter and the cutting parameters were recommended, and the issues should be paid attention to in drilling high manganese steel ZGMn13 were analyzed in the paper.
