摘要
采用直流电化学抛光技术,研究了316L不锈钢血管支架材料电化学抛光液中各成分的作用及操作条件对抛光质量的影响。通过优化,用实验得到的工艺能很快获得光亮平整的抛光表面。
This research focuses on DC-electrochemical polishing of 316L stainless steel stent materials. Functions of the components in electrochemical polishing solutions were studied. The effect of operating conditions on polishing quality was investigated. High smooth surface can be obtained quickly.
