摘要
目的观察ICU新护士应用PDCA循环法培训对提高急救技能的作用。方法对我院2013年1月～2015年1月ICU新护士56名采用数字表随机法分为两组,每组28名,分别采用常规一对一带教和PDCA循环法进行培训,培训结束后比较两组急救护理技能和摸拟应急急救能力。结果培训结束后,观察组新护士急救技能和摸拟应急急救能力优良率分别为75%和64.29%,对照组新护士为39.29%和25%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 PDCA循环法培训效果优于传统一对一带教,对提高ICU新护士急救技能和应急急救能力具有显著的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of ICU on the improvement of first aid skills by using the PDCA circulation method in new nurses. Methods In our hospital in January 2013 and 2015 1 month ICU new nurses 56 by digital table method were randomly divided into two groups, n = 28, respectively, using a conventional of belt to teach and PDCA circulation method for training, after training compared the two groups of emergency nursing skills and simulating emergency first aid ability. Results After the end of the training,the observation group of new nurses first aid skills and a simulated emergency first aid ability, excellent and good rate were 75% and 64. 29%, the control groups of new nurses 39. 29% and 25%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The training effect of PDCA circulation method is better than that of the traditional one. It has a significant effect on improving the ability of emergency treatment and emergency first aid for new nurses in ICU.
