摘要
目的探讨采用PDCA循环法对提高临床护士正确洗手依从性的可能性。方法应用PDCA循环法,对临床护士洗手行为进行管理。结果临床护士洗手的依从性及效果明显提高。结论PDCA循环法可在短期内有效地提高临床护士洗手的依从性及质量。
OBJECTIVE To study whether improve clinical nurse submitting to wash hand by using PDCA method.METHODS Clinical nurse submitting to wash hand was managed by using PDCA method. RESULTS Clinical nurse submitting to wash hand and its efficacy were improved. CONCLUSIONS PDCA method can effectively improve wash hand quality of clinical nurse in short time.
