体育教师专业发展的审美关注与实践融合 被引量:11

摘要 教育的全面发展观和可持续发展观,要求学校体育不仅要关注"强体",还要注重"育心",把美育融入体育教学中。体育教师要明确体育美学的内涵,认识到提升自身美学素质的重要性,从而实现体育教师专业发展的审美关注与实践融合。当前体育教育中教师审美素质培养存在的问题有:1)体育教育的竞技化:体育教师审美素质的人文美学缺失;2)体育教育的程序化:体育教师审美素质的生命美学缺失;3)体育教育的功利化:体育教师审美素质的价值美学缺失。体育教师审美素质的实践建构包括:1)贯彻全面教育观关注体育的美育功能;2)建立崇尚体育运动之美的教育文化与美育观;3)进一步优化以"体育美学"为基础的体育课程;4)提升体育教师队伍自身的美学素养。 The comprehensive development of education and the concept of sustainable development, the requirements of the require school sports physical education should not only to pay attention not only to the "strong body",but also pay attention to the "mind educationheart", which means the integration of aesthetic education into the teaching of physical education. Physical education teachers should make clear the connotation of sports aesthetics, recognize the importance of improving their aesthetic quality,so as to realize the aesthetic concern and practice integration of the professional development of physical education teachers. The current problems with physical education in teachers" aesthetic quality cultivation in problems physical education includeare: 1) Sports competitiveness of physical education: lack of humanistic aesthetics in aesthetic quality of physical education teachers aesthetic quality; 2) routinization of physical education program: lack of life aesthetics of in aesthetic quality of physical education teachers; and 3) util- itarianization of physical education utilitarian: lack of value aesthetics in the aesthetic quality of physical education teachers aesthetic value is missing. The practicepractical construction of aesthetic quality of physical education teachers construction includes: 1) to implement comprehensive education view of on sports attentionthe function of aesthetic education function of physical education; 2) t establish the education culture and aesthetic education view advocate advocating the beauty of sports education culture and aesthetic education view;3) to to further optimize optimiz ofe the curriculum based on sports aesthetics; and 4) to enhance the sports teachers, own aesthetic attainmentquality.
