摘要
目的探讨B—flow模式血流成像检查诊断乳腺混浊性囊肿的优越性。方法回顾性分析2012年9月~2015年12月期间我院收治的疑似乳腺混浊性囊肿的女性患者98例,分别采用常规法和B—flow技术对98例患者进行检查,常规法检查中仅使用高频二维超声和彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)两项技术,而B—flow法则是在二维超声和CDFI检查的基础上,加上B—flow技术,通过B—flow显像进一步确认低回声的乳腺肿块的液、实性质,以刺穿抽液或者手术切除得到的病理结果为对照,统计分析两种方法检查诊断乳腺混浊性囊肿的情况。结果对于乳腺混浊性囊肿的诊断,使用B—flow技术判断的符合率为95.92%,灵敏度为96.67%,均较常规法的高,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);误诊率则较低,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);特异度为87.50%,虽然比常规法检测的结果高,但差异不具有统计学意义(P〉0.05);其中3个液性肿块经B—flow模式血流成像被误诊为实性肿块,其表面距离体表〉3cm。结论B—flow模式血流成像检查的符合率和灵敏度较高,能更好地鉴别乳腺混浊性囊肿的性质,是一种简便有效的超声影像检查方法。
Objective To explore the superiority of B-flow mode flow imaging in diagnosis of cloudy cyst of the breast. Methods 98 cases of female patients with suspected breast cloudy cysts cured in our hospital from September 2012 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.The 98 cases were respectively detected by routine method and B-flow mode.Two techniques of high frequency two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) were used in routine examination.While the B-flow rule was plus B-flow Technology on the base of two-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI examination, the liquid and solid properties of the low echo breast masses were further confirmed by B-flow imaging,and the pathologic results were compared with the pathological results obtained by puncture or surgical removal.The case of a cloudy cyst of the breast of two methods was statistically analyzed. Results For the diagnosis of the cloudy cyst of the breast,the coincidence rate was 95.92% and the sensitivity was 96.67%,which were all higher than those of the routine method,and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).The misdiagnosis rate was low,and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).Specificity was 87.50%,ahhough the results were higher than the routine method, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05).3 of them were misdiagnosed as solid tumors by B-flow mode flow imaging,and their surface distance was 〉 3cm. Conclusion Coincidence rate and sensitivity of B-flow mode flow imaging method are high.It can better identify the nature of the cyst of the breast.h is a simple and effective method of ultrasound imaging.
