乳腺癌的高频声像图特征及彩色多普勒血流分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的 探讨高频超声与CDFI对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法 通过对 68例经手术病理证实为乳腺癌的高频声像图与彩色多普勒进行分析。结果 本病的高频声像图多数为实质肿块 ,边界呈毛刺状 ,边界不清 ,不规整 ,后方衰减 ,内部回声不均或伴有砂粒样钙化 ,纵横比 >1;肿块内血流显示较丰富 ,以Ⅱ +Ⅲ级为主 ,血流速度 >2 0cm/s ,RI >0 .7,PI >1.0。结论 乳腺癌的超声诊断应以高频二维图像结合CDFI。 Objective To analyze the high frequency ultrasonography and CDFI of the breast carcinoma.Methods Examinations were performed with high frequency ultrasonography and CDFI in 68 cases of breast carcinoma confirmed by pathology.Results The morphologic characteristics of all the breast masses were irregular, indistinctly defined border, inhomogenous echogenecity, L/T>1, irregular margin and distal acoustic shadow.Seventy eight percent of the malignant breast masses belonged to grade II and III degree of pathology.The detection rate of blood flow signal in the masses was 88.3% (60/69).The flow velocity>20 cm/s, RI>0.7, PI >1.0.Conclusion The diagnosis standard of the malignant breast masses must depend on the morphology characteristics and closely combined with the density of the flow singals on color Doppler sonogram.
