摘要
现代学徒制是在适应经济发展和社会变化的基础上,将学校教育纳入到传统学徒制中,提高教学有效性,优化校企双方的资源,有助于培养高职学生的职业能力。在此,从现代学徒制内涵出发,阐述了高职教育中现代学徒制的作用及实施路径。
On the basis of adapting to economic development and social changes, modern apprenticeship introduces school education to the traditional apprenticeship, improves teaching efficiency, optimizes resources of schools and enterprises, and this is helpful to cultivate professional ability of higher vocational students. The article illustrates the function and implementation of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational education.
