摘要
目的探讨MMP-2和E-钙粘蛋白与胚胎停育的关系。方法选择胚胎停育妇女为实验组,设置同期正常早孕因个人原因要求人工流产妇女为对照组,留取其绒毛组织标本,采用荧光实时定量PCR法对标本Ecad mRNA和MMP-2 mRNA转录水平进行分析。结果 MMP-2 mRNA在实验组中的表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),E-Cad mRNA的表达水平在实验组中的表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2和E-钙粘蛋的差异表达可能参与了胚胎停育的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between MMP- 2 and E- Cad and Early embryo arrest. Methods The samples of villus tissues were collected from 20 cases of early embryo arrest patient as experimental group and 20 cases of the volunteer of artificial abortion patient as control group,real time- PCR was performed to measure the mRNA expression of MMP- 2 and E- Cad. Results There were no differences in age,last menstrual period and the times of pregnancy between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. The expression level of MMP- 2 mRNA in villus tissue was significantly higher than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The expression level of E- cad mRNA in villus tissue was significantly lower than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Differential expression of MMP- 2 and E- cad may participate in the occurrence and development of early embryo arrest
