艾条挥发油和燃烧烟雾化学成分的GC-MS比较分析 被引量:13

A Comparative Analysis of Chemical Components in Volatile Oil and Smoke of Moxa Stick by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy

摘要 目的探究艾条挥发油和燃烧烟雾化学成分之间的差别和联系。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取1年、3年、10年艾条挥发油,采用自制装备采集艾条燃烧烟雾,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)分析挥发油及燃烧烟雾中化学成分。结果 GC-MS分析结果表明,艾条的化学组分主要由萜类、酮类、醇类、烯类和烷烃类构成,艾条燃烧烟雾中的化学成分主要以脂肪烃、芳烃、萜类为主。2-甲基-2-环戊烯-1-酮、3-甲基-2-环戊烯-1-酮等长链烃和α-松油醇在艾条挥发油和艾条燃烧烟雾中均有发现。结论艾条经燃烧后仍含有少量艾条挥发油,艾条挥发油与艾条燃烧烟雾在化学组分上差别较大。 Objective To investigate the differences in chemical components between the volatile oil and smoke of moxa stick and their association.Methods The volatile oil of 1-,3-,and 10-year moxa sticks was extracted by steam distillation,and the smoke of moxa sticks was collected by self-made equipment.Gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy(GC-MS)was performed to analyze the chemical components in volatile oil and smoke.Results The results of GC-MS showed that moxa stick was composed of terpenes,ketones,alcohols,alkenes,and alkanes,and the major chemical components in smoke included aliphatic hydrocarbon,aromatic hydrocarbon,and terpenes.Long-chain hydrocarbons,such as 2-methyl-2-cyclopentene-1-ketone and 3-methyl-2-cyclopentene-1-ketone,andα-terpineol were found in volatile oil and smoke.Conclusion There is still a small amount of volatile oil in moxa stick after combustion.There are great differences in chemical components between the volatile oil and smoke of moxa stick.
