摘要
教育作为准公共产品,是促进社会和谐与经济发展的重要途径,"十二五"期间,在党和国家的各项方针政策支持下,西藏教育事业实现跨越式发展,但西藏教育财政投入仍存在诸多问题,需要政府进一步引导和调整,进而推动西藏教育事业以及社会经济健康有序的发展。
Education as a quasi-public product,is the important way to promote social harmony and economic development.During the'twelfth five-year' period,under the policy of the party and state policy support,education career has achieved leapfrog development in Tibet.But there are still many problems in Tibetan education finance andit needs further government guidance and adjustment, which can promote Tibetan education career and the healthy and orderlydevelopment of social economy.
