摘要
采用爆炸焊接方法制备超级奥氏体不锈钢904L-14Cr1MoR复合钢板,需对起爆点等未复合区进行耐蚀堆焊。针对904L-14Cr1MoR复合钢板的焊接特点,选用了ENi Cr Mo-3作为基层和复层的过滤层、E385为盖面层焊接材料,并采用相应技术措施进行耐蚀堆焊,焊后对焊接试板进行了组织观察和性能检测。试验结果表明,904L-14Cr1MoR复合钢板耐蚀堆焊层焊缝及其热影响区的各项性能均满足相关标准和产品技术协议的指标要求。
Anticorrosion overlaying welding on the non-clad zone is necessary for 904L-14Crl MoR clad metal plate in manufac- turing process with explosive weld method. In this paper, according to welding characteristics of 904L-14CrlMoR clad metal plate, ENiCrMo-3 was used as the transition layer filled between 904L and 14Crl MoR, E385 was used as the cover welding ma- terial, and specific welding measures were taken to carry out anticorrosion overlaying welding. Metallurgical structures were ob- served and tests on mechanical properties were carried out. Test results indicate that performance of the welding beam and the heat-affected zone of welded joint can meet the requirements of relative standards and the technology agreement reached.
