摘要
三聚氰胺是以尿素为原料通过一系列化学反应而产生的,其尾气中含有氨基甲酸铵和氰酸铵等强腐蚀介质,故需要在三聚氰铵尾气回收装置中的某换热器的管板上堆焊一层耐腐蚀的不锈钢00Cr25Ni22Mo2,通过焊接工艺评定试验制定出合理的堆焊工艺来满足产品的需要,为今后该类产品的焊接打下基础。
Melamine can be produced from carbamide by a series of material reaction,its tail gas is made up of such cauterization medium as amido formyl ammonium and ammonium cyanate,etc.So the pipe board of exchanger that melamine's tail gas callback equipment need be overlayed 00Cr25Ni22Mo2 stainless steel,the article mainly constitute pneciseness overlaying welding technics by welding procedure evaluation to satisfy the demand of the product, which lays the foundation for the welding of the type's product for the future.
