介绍了4台材质为14Cr1MoR、规格为φ9 800 mm×37 001 mm×(30/32/34/38/42)mm的焦炭塔现场组焊后整体进行热处理的工艺、热处理过程中的防变形措施以及其他应注意的问题。
Concerning four sets of coke drums made of 14Cr1MoR with a diameter of 9.8 meter, a height of 37.001 meter and a thickness of 30/32/34/38/42 millimeter,this article specifically introduces the integrated heat treatment process,anti-transformation measures and other problems of these four sets during the process of heat treatment after assembling welding of the coke drum at construction site.
