摘要
利用统计过程控制(简称SPC)方法设计了氟化铝的添加策略,研究表明,该控制策略能够保证槽况的平稳运行,电解铝生产过程中槽温、分子比和氟化铝下料量波动幅度显著降低。电流效率提高0.92%,直流电耗减少84k Wh/t-Al。
An aluminum fluoride feeding strategy is designed using the Statistical Process Control method (SPC). Research shows, this control method can ensure that the pots operate in a steady condition, during the aluminum reduction process, variations in the pot temperature, CR and AIFs additions are greatly reduced. CE is increased by 0.92%, DC power consumption is reduced by 84kWh/t - Al.
