摘要
SPC是一种借助数理统计方法对过程能力进行研究的工具,简要介绍SPC的基本原理和主要实施步骤,重点阐述该工具在无水炮泥生产应用的情况,对取得的效果进行总结,并提出下一步实施计划。
StatisticaI process control（SPC） is a kind of process ability research tool by statistic method,In this paper, the SPC was used to research and analyse the process of producing Anhydrous stemming for BF taphole, the implementation effect was cortfirmed and improving steps were proposed.
