摘要
当前高职院校的科研工作存在科研定位不准确、管理体制不鲜明、考核评价体制不完善等一系列问题。以高职院校科研工作中存在的问题为切入点，提出提升高职院校科研水平就必须找准学校的科研定位、提高科研管理水平、注重科研成果考评、组建稳定科研团队、注重科研成果的推广和完善科研经费管理制度。
A series of problems exist in the current research work in higher vocational colleges, such as：inaccurate position, unclear management system, imperfect evaluation system, etc. This paper analyzes the problems and proposes some countermeasures to enhance the level of scientific research in higher vocational colleges as follows ： identify the school orientation of scientific research, improve the level of scientific research management, pay much attention to the evaluation of scientific achievements, establish a stable research team, focus on the promotion of scientific research and improve the scientific research funds management system.
