摘要
从论证大学学科组织的生命特征出发,将组织生命周期理论应用于大学学科组织,提出大学学科组织生命周期四阶段模型,该模型将学科组织的成长划分为生成期、成长期、成熟期、蜕变期4个阶段,指出学科组织应当根据各个阶段的不同特征确定相应的发展策略。
The paper demonstates the life character of discipline, and advances a four periods model of discipline based on the theory of organizational life cycle . It is emphasized that the stratege of discipline should be formulated according to the character of each period.
