摘要
要确保移民稳定,就必须对移民进行妥善安置,移民安置是水电工程建设的关键。现行的安置方式呈多元化发展趋势,金沙江中游实施了"六种安置方式并举"的办法。本项目调研组通过对比研究,结果显示:不管采用哪种方式都各有其优劣,关键是要选择适合和适应于本地区、库区和移民区的方式,要根据相应条件进行决策和选择。
The proper hydropower migration resettlement is the prerequisite of the ensuring steady immigration and the migration resettlement is crucial to the hydropower project construction. The current resettlement mode tends to be diversified, and the resettlement mode in the middle reach of Jinsha River adopts simultaneously ＂six resettlement modes＂. Our comparative study shows that whatever mode has its advantages and disadvantages, and the key is appropri- ateness and applicability for the region, the reservoir area and the resettlement area. The choices and decisions should be based on the corresponding conditions.
