摘要
目的:探讨静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)工作中与医院感染管理的相关环节,并制定有效的管理方法,以控制医院感染,保障临床输液安全。方法:结合《静脉用药集中调配质量管理规范》要求及医院PIVAS特点,通过研究与分析对PIVAs各环节的感染控制方法进行深入解读及总结。结果:从PIVAS的建筑选址到相关物品消毒及无菌操作过程、成品输液防护再到内部人员手卫生管理均是重点的感染控制环节,通过制订相应的管理制度并严格实施,可进一步完善医院感染管理体系。结论:加强静脉用药集中调配中心工作环节质量管理,尤其无菌操作的感染管理,是确保输液安全的保障,对提高医院管理水平和医疗护理质量有着十分重要的作用。
Objective：To explore the problems between hospital infection related links and Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services （PIVAS） and develop the effective management methods to contM the hospital infection and to ensure the safety of the clinical transfusion. Methods：Combined with the requirements of the ＂Standard＂ and the characteristics of our hospital PIVAS, through the research and analysis to deeply iuterprete and summary the infection control issues in every link of PIVAS. Results： From the construction site of the PIVAS to the relevant materials disinfection and aseptic operation process, finished transfusion protection and then to the internal staff hand hygiene management were the focus of infection control link, through the development of the corresponding management institution to further improve the hospital infection management system, and then strictly imple- ment. Conclusions：The strengthen of the quality management of PIVAS work, especially the strengthen of infection management was very important role in improving the management level and quality of medical care.
