摘要
采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从白苏中提取挥发油,利用GC-MS联用仪对白苏挥发油的化学组分进行研究,共分离到16个组分,鉴定了其中的14个,占挥发油总量的99.843%。白苏挥发油主要成分是榄香素(55.355%)、肉豆蔻醚(21.702%)、石竹烯(16.767%)等。
To analyze the chemical composition of the essential oil of Perilla frutescens , the essential oil was extracted from P .frutes-cens by steam distillation , and then an analysis was conducted by applying GC -MS.The result showed that 16 ingredients had been found, and 14 of them had been identified , accounting for 99.8438%of the total essential oil .The main chemical components of P . frutescens are:Elemicin (55.355%), Myristicin (21.702%), Caryophyllene (16.767%) etc.
