白苏乙醇提取物及挥发油抑菌活性研究 被引量:3

摘要 分别采用溶剂浸提和水蒸汽蒸馏法对白苏叶进行提取,并用生长速率法分别测定2种白苏叶提取物对7种植物病原真菌的抑制作用。测定结果表明,在0.1 g干样/mL下,白苏叶乙醇提取物在3~5 d的培养时间内能够完全抑制辣椒疫霉病菌的生长,对番茄灰霉病菌的生长抑制率高于60%。白苏叶挥发油在测定中对植物病原真菌也表现出较强的抑菌活性。白苏叶挥发油在0.5 mg/mL时能够完全抑制供试7种供试病菌的生长。白苏挥发油对7种供试植物病原真菌的测定表明,挥发油对水稻纹枯病菌和番茄灰霉病菌具有较强的抑制作用,EC50分别为0.0677mg/mL和0.1050 mg/mL。 Cold-soak extracting and steam distillation methods were applied to extract antifungal components from Perilla frutescens leaves.The antifungal activities of ethanol extracts and essential oil were tested against seven plant pathogens using growth rate method.Results showed that ethanol extracts and essential oil of leaves had strong antifungal activities.At the concentration of 0.1 g D.W./mL,the ethanol extracts inhibited the growth of mycelia of Phytophthora capsici completely,and the inhibition rates against Botrytis cinnerea were higher than 60%.The essential oil of Perilla frutescens leaves had strong inhibition action on tested fungi.At the concentration of 0.5 mg/mL,the essential oil inhibited the growth of mycelia of seven pathogens completely.Inhibition toxicity test showed that essential oil had better inhibition action against Thanatephorus cucumeris and Botrytis cinnerea,and the EC50 were 0.0677 mg/mL and 0.1050 mg/mL,respectively.
